For those looking to sharpen their scuba diving skills, especially underwater navigation, Casino Point provides an unbeatable setting. Signature Scuba and the Signature Underwater Divers Club are hosting a fun, educational scuba event: the Poker Run.
What Is the Poker Run?
In the Poker Run, divers will explore Casino Point’s marine park searching for six unique markers placed underwater—each marked with a symbol. After the dive, you’ll earn a playing card for each symbol you correctly identify. The diver with the best (or worst!) poker hand wins a prize. It’s a perfect mix of fun and skill development!

What You Need for the Catalina Island Poker Run Dive Event
Prepare for a fun, skill-building scuba weekend at Casino Point! Here’s what to bring:

✅ Travel arrangements to and from Catalina Island

✅ Overnight accommodations, if staying the night

✅ Reserved scuba tanks and any rental gear needed

✅ Sunscreen, snacks, bottled water, and a towel

✅ Cash and coins for showers and locker rentals

✅ Reservations for gear transport or storage (Avalon Blue Line recommended)

Non-members: $5 per person or $20 for groups of 4+.
