With SDI’s modern approach to scuba training—including online eLearning and dive computer integration—you’ll get a personalized, safe, and fun experience from start to finish.

Who This Course Is For:

• Beginners with no prior scuba experience

• Snorkelers, swimmers, or travelers who want to become certified divers

• Anyone age 10 and older who is medically fit for diving

What’s Included:

• SDI eLearning: Complete academics at your own pace, on your schedule

• Confined Water Training: Learn essential scuba skills in a controlled pool environment

• Open Water Dives: Put your skills to the test in real-world dive settings (4 total dives)

• Rental Scuba Gear (BCD, regs, tank, wetsuit, weights)

What’s not Included:

• Note: Personal gear is not included. You’ll need your own mask, fins, snorkel, gloves, boots, hood, gear retractor, octo holder and SMB. Don’t worry! We offer unbeatable student discounts on top-quality gear! Cost is $600 to $900

• Not included: Catalina Express for day one of the ocean. Please note, that the student absorb the staff's Express tickets and some expenses for that day. Cost is $250 to $300

• Not included: Tank and weight renatl on Catalina Island. (On Day 1 of ocean at Catalina Island the tank and weights are not included. It's much easier to rent on the Island than lugging the tank and weights over on the ferry). cost is $50
