What You’ll Review & Practice:

• Dive theory essentials: gas management, buoyancy, safety protocols

• Equipment setup, use, and pre-dive safety checks

• Emergency procedures and safe ascent practices

• Dive computer basics (optional review of tables if needed)

Instruction is personalized to your needs and comfort level. The course typically includes a classroom briefing and confined water session with the option to add open water dives if desired.
