• Certified Open Water Divers looking to expand their diving experience

• Divers interested in shipwrecks, history, or marine habitats

What You’ll Learn:

• Wreck dive planning and risk assessment

• Wreck identification, structure evaluation, and site orientation

• Techniques for safe approach, limited penetration (optional), and navigation around wrecks

• Use of reels, lines, and signaling devices

• Buddy procedures and emergency planning specific to wreck environments

Note: This course does not include overhead/penetration training. Divers interested in penetration should enroll in the TDI Advanced Wreck Diver Course.

Course Requirements:

• Minimum Age: 18, or 10 with parental consent

• Prerequisite Certification: SDI Open Water Scuba Diver or equivalent

• Dives: Minimum of 2 wreck dives

• Knowledge Review: Must complete course materials and final exam with 80% or higher
