What You’ll Learn:

Advanced breath-hold techniques and safety procedures

Tail-first and dynamic water entries

Underwater posing, performance movement, and flow

Adaptation to open water environments (if conditions allow)

Environment: Confined water and open water (as available)

Prerequisites: PADI Mermaid™ certification

Equipment: Mermaid tail/monofin, mask, snorkel, weights (some rentals available)
