TDI CCR Mixed Gas Diver Course

Deep Trimix Rebreather Diving — Signature Scuba, Rancho Cucamonga

Technical Mastery Below 130 Feet Starts Here

The TDI CCR Mixed Gas Diver Course is your certification to conduct deep closed-circuit rebreather dives using helium-based trimix as both a diluent and decompression gas. This elite-level course trains you to safely execute staged decompression dives in the 130 to 200 foot (40–60 meter) range, while managing the complexities of deep diving on a rebreather.

At Signature Scuba, we provide unit-specific training on approved CCR systems (e.g., JJ-CCR, Prism 2, Poseidon) with a focus on mission-based planning, real-world execution, and the technical discipline required to explore safely at depth.

What You’ll Learn:

Dive planning and execution with normoxic and hypoxic trimix

Managing helium-based gas mixtures to reduce narcosis and gas density

CNS & OTU tracking, END calculations, and high-pressure nervous syndrome (HPNS) awareness

Advanced PO? setpoint strategies and decompression planning

Redundant bailout systems and multi-stage deco configurations

Unit-specific deep dive protocols and emergency procedures

Planning and executing CCR dives from 130 ft (40 m) to 200 ft (60 m)

Course Includes:

TDI CCR Mixed Gas eLearning

6+ deep CCR training dives between 130–200 ft

Unit-specific configuration and in-depth pre-dive checklist training

Hands-on helium dive planning with deco software (DecoPlanner, Subsurface, etc.)
