• Certified SDI Open Water Scuba Divers (or equivalent)

What You’ll Learn:

• Search patterns (expanding square, U-pattern, circular, and jackstay)

• Effective use of underwater compasses and natural navigation

• Planning and executing search dives

Course Requirements:

• Minimum Age: 18, or 15 with parental consent

• Prerequisites: SDI Open Water Scuba Diver (or equivalent)

• Academics: Completion of SDI Search and Recovery academic materials

• Dives: Minimum of two open water dives with a certified instructor
